本サービスは、利用者本人の許可（認可）に基づき、利用者自身の出品者アカウントに関する以下の情報を Amazon SP-API から取得します。
- 商品カタログ情報（Catalog Items API）：商品名・商品画像・売上ランキング・発売日・モデル番号・JAN（EAN）コード・カテゴリー・メーカー・部品番号
- 注文・売上データ（Orders API）：注文番号・購入日時・注文ステータス・ASIN／SKU・数量・販売価格・出荷方法・販路
- 取引・入出金データ（Finances API）：販売手数料・FBA手数料・返金・プロモーション費・その他手数料・入金額・決済日・取引種別
また、利用者が連携を設定した場合に限り、利用者自身の店舗について以下の情報を取得します。
- 楽天市場（RMS WEB SERVICE・利用者が登録した RMS の鍵による）：注文番号・注文日時・注文ステータス・商品管理番号／SKU・商品名・数量・販売価格・送料・店舗負担のクーポン値引き
- Yahoo!ショッピング（注文API・利用者が Yahoo! JAPAN ID で許可した連携による）：ストアアカウント・注文ID・注文日時・注文ステータス・商品ID／サブコード・商品名・JANコード・数量・販売単価・送料・値引き
また、本サービスの利用にあたり、利用者のメールアドレス等のアカウント情報をお預かりします。
購入者の個人情報は保存・利用しません。本サービスは、購入者の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人識別情報（PII）を保存・利用しません。 Amazon では、これらの情報にアクセスする制限付きロール（配送ラベル作成等）を要求していません。Yahoo!ショッピングでは、これらの項目を取得の対象に指定しません。 楽天市場の注文データには購入者の情報が含まれて届きますが、取り込みの際に破棄し、保存しません。
取得した情報は、利用者自身の物販事業の管理（仕入・売上・在庫・経費・キャッシュフローの記録と集計、粗利の算出、商品情報の自動入力） のためだけに利用します。上記以外の目的には利用しません。
本サービスは 情報の取得（読み取り）のみを行います。本サービスから Amazon 上の出品・在庫・価格の作成／更新／削除は行いません。
Amazon 連携の認可により発行されるトークン（リフレッシュトークン等）は暗号化して保存し、利用者本人の情報取得以外の目的には使用しません。 第三者に開示・提供しません。
利用者は、Amazon セラーセントラルの「アプリとサービス」からいつでも本サービスへの認可を取り消すことができます。 認可の取り消し後、本サービスは以後 Amazon から情報を取得しません。
楽天市場の RMS の鍵（serviceSecret・licenseKey）、Yahoo!ショッピング連携で発行される認可情報（リフレッシュトークン）と、利用者が登録した公開鍵も暗号化して保存します。 Amazon・楽天市場・Yahoo!ショッピングのログイン ID とパスワードは受け取りません。
楽天市場・Yahoo!ショッピングとの連携は、本サービスの設定画面からいつでも解除でき、解除すると保管した鍵・認可情報を削除します。
- 認可情報（トークン）：連携の解除または退会から 30日以内に削除します。
- 取得した業務データ（売上・手数料等）：利用者の管理データとして本サービス上に保存し、退会時に削除します。
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。 本サービスの運用のため、サーバー・データベース等のクラウド基盤を利用しており、その範囲で情報の保管を委託します。 委託先には適切な安全管理措置を求めます。
通信は暗号化（HTTPS）し、認可情報は暗号化して保存します。アクセス権限は必要最小限の担当者に限定し、 利用者ごとにデータを分離して、他の利用者のデータが見えない設計としています。
本サービスは SP-API の利用にあたり、Amazon の 適正利用規約（AUP）、 データ保護ポリシー（DPP）、 開発者規約に準拠しています。
楽天市場・Yahoo!ショッピングとの連携にあたっては、各社が定める API の利用規約・ガイドラインに従います。

With the user's authorization, the Service retrieves the following information about the user's own seller account:
- Catalog data (Catalog Items API): Item Name, Image, Sales Rank, Release Date, Model Number, JAN (EAN) Code, Category, Manufacturer, Part Number
- Order data (Orders API): Amazon Order ID, Purchase Date, Order Status, ASIN / Seller SKU, Quantity, Item Price, Fulfillment Channel, Marketplace
- Financial data (Finances API): Referral Fee, FBA Fee, Refund, Promotion, Other Fees, Settlement Amount, Posted Date, Transaction Type
Only when the user sets up a connection, the Service also retrieves the following information about the user's own store:
- Rakuten Ichiba (RMS Web Service, using the RMS keys registered by the user): Order Number, Order Date, Order Status, Item Management Number / SKU, Item Name, Quantity, Price, Shipping Fee, Store-funded Coupon Discount
- Yahoo! Shopping (Order API, authorized by the user with their Yahoo! JAPAN ID): Store Account, Order ID, Order Date, Order Status, Item ID / Sub Code, Item Name, JAN Code, Quantity, Unit Price, Shipping Fee, Discount
We do NOT store or use buyer personal information. The Service does not store or use any buyer personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, address, phone number, or email address. On Amazon, we do not request restricted roles that grant access to such data. On Yahoo! Shopping, we do not request such fields. Rakuten Ichiba order data contains buyer information, which is discarded on import and never stored.
Information is used solely to help the user manage their own business: recording and aggregating purchases, sales, inventory, expenses and cash flow, calculating gross profit, and auto-filling product information. It is not used for any other purpose.
The Service only reads information. It does not create, update, or delete listings, inventory, or prices on Amazon.
Tokens issued through Amazon authorization (including refresh tokens) are stored encrypted, used only to retrieve the user's own information, and are never disclosed or provided to third parties. Users may revoke authorization at any time from Seller Central.
RMS keys for Rakuten Ichiba, authorization data (refresh tokens) issued through the Yahoo! Shopping connection, and public keys registered by the user are also stored encrypted. We never receive login IDs or passwords for Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, or Yahoo! Shopping. Rakuten Ichiba and Yahoo! Shopping connections can be removed at any time from the Service's settings screen, which deletes the stored keys and authorization data.
- Authorization tokens: deleted within 30 days of revocation or account closure.
- Retrieved business data: stored as the user's management data and deleted upon account closure.
We do not sell or provide retrieved information to third parties, except as required by law. We use cloud infrastructure to operate the Service and entrust storage to those providers under appropriate safeguards.
Communications are encrypted (HTTPS) and authorization data is stored encrypted. Access is limited to the minimum necessary personnel, and each user's data is isolated so that no user can view another user's data.
The Service complies with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, and Developer Agreement.
For connections with Rakuten Ichiba and Yahoo! Shopping, we follow the API terms and guidelines set by each company.
